Hosta 'Frances Williams'

One of the most popular hosta cultivars available, Hosta 'Frances Williams' has large leathery dark green leaves with irregular yellow-green margins. In summer it produces tall spikes of grey-white flowers. An ideal plant for partial or even full shade, it prefers a moist, slightly acidic soil.

Hostas are prone to slug and snail damage, but the use of nematode treatments can help to reduce this.
