Brunnera macrophylla

Siberian Bugloss

Brunnera macrophylla
Brunnera macrophylla

Super for a shady spot, Brunnera macrophylla forms a dense mound of heart shaped leaves. The rough, slightly hairy textured leaves provides contract to other shady area favourites such as hosta and fern. In spring sprays of light blue, dainty flowers make a stunning display.

Brunnera is easy to grow, and will thrive in any shady spot, provided it is not too dry.
